DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 3, 2008, to include certain court files and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 19, 2009, and the brief of the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 19, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
