Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 22, 2008, inter alia, for failure to appear at the CAMP conference and pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(b)(2) for an award of costs and to impose a sanction upon the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
