Motion by the respondent pro se for the assignment of counsel to defend an appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated April 29, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
