| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered October 3, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 12, 2009 the appellant shall file nine copies of the following exhibits and serve one copy on the District Attorney:
(1) waiver of right to appeal dated August 7, 2007;
(2) decision and order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 2, 2007;
(3) County Court decision published in the New York Law Journal, entitled People v Smith, decided September 6, 2007; and
(4) cover letter dated October 17, 2007, and memorandum of law dated August 1, 2007, in the form of a letter, both from Kenneth Murphy, Assistant Public Defender, County of Rockland.
