ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 15, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Durrell Wilson ", and substituting therefor the name " Durrell Williams".
