It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction through June 11, 2009. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the next available term and the appellant has tendered the February, March, April, May and June 2009 use and occupancy, at $1,213.oo per month, to the landlord, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after June 11, 2009.
