Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a certain matter pending in the Family Court proceeding and to direct the return of the subject children to her care and custody pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 8, 2009.
