Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 7, 2007, to correct the Indictment Number on the cover page of the transcript of the proceedings on May 24, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Indictment Number on the cover page of the transcript of the proceedings on May 24, 2007, is deemed corrected to be "1937/06."
