DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by tenant-appellant returnable February 20, 2009 and March 25, 2009 are consolidated for the purposes of disposition.
Motions by tenant-appellant to enlarge time and for stay pending appeal denied as moot.
On the court's further motion, the order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Bruce E. Scheckowitz, J.), dated April 9, 2008, is summarily reversed without costs and tenant's motion to consolidate the instant proceeding with several other pending nonpayment proceedings is granted.
The parties have stipulated to the reversal of the subject Civil Court order and to the granting of tenant's motion to consolidate.
