It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted on default. The stay is vacated. The April 17, 2009 order of this Court, continuing the stay through June 16, 2009, is modified to permit the warrant to be executed after service of a copy of this order, with notice of its entry. The appellants have failed to tender accruing use and occupancy to the petitioner.
