It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted. The execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through May 22, 2009, to afford the appellant an opportunity to comply with the prior order of this Court requiring the payment of arrears to the petitioner, without prejudice. Thereafter, the appellant may move for an order continuing the stay beyond May 22, 2009.
