Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 10, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 12, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, without prejudice to seek additional time upon proof that a motion has been made in the Supreme Court, Queens County, to settle the transcript and that further time to perfect the appeal is required.
