Motion by the respondent Margaret Kalonda, a/k/a Margaret Mintz, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 26, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Margaret Kalonda, a/k/a Margaret Mintz, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 13, 2009, and the brief of the respondent Margaret Kalonda, a/k/a Margaret Mintz, must be served and filed on or before that date.
