Motion by Angeline Hassell for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 2, 2009, and, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal or to be awarded custody of the subject child pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
