On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 8, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by defendant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 25, 2008, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, is amended by deleting from the caption the name "Juan", and substituting therefor the name "Jaun".
