Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue her prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend her time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 29, 2008, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 18, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
