| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 7, 2007, in effect, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of the proceedings on January 18, 2006, March 8, 2006, May 19, 2006, July 21, 2006, August 4, 2006, September 18, 2006, October 30, 2006, November 27, 2006, December 19, 2006, December 22, 2006, and January 22, 2007, and to direct the appellant to provide the above-mentioned transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is granted, and on or before July 17, 2009, the respondent shall file the transcripts set forth above with the Clerk of this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to direct the appellant to provide the transcripts set forth above is denied.
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 15, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
