| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Yan Reznikov from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 8, 2002, and April 12, 2002, respectively. By order to show cause dated April 21, 2009, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why the appeals should not be dismissed for failure to perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.), and prior orders of this court. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to perfect.
Upon the order to show cause and no papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]; CPL 470.60[1]).
