Application by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 28, 2007, and April 21, 2008, respectively, to substitute Doris Shaw, executor of the estate of J. Stanley Shaw, for the deceased defendant J. Stanley Shaw.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Doris Shaw, executor of the estate of J. Stanley Shaw, is substituted for the deceased defendant J. Stanley Shaw, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
