Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including discovery and trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 16, 2009, and March 26, 2009, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued and submitted on the same day.
