Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 21, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 24, 2009, the appellant shall file the charts summarizing financial data attached to the motion papers as Exhibit B and the questions presented chart attached to the motion papers as Exhibit C.
