| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ackleema Ally, in effect, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 13, 2009, as dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated December 2, 2008, and for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from one of the orders and to stay certain proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeals, which was determined by the decision and order on motion dated February 13, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
