On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 18, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by First Star and denied a separate motion by the attorney for the children, on appeals from four orders and an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the first sentence and substituting therefor the sentence, "Motion by First Star for leave to file an amicus curiae brief on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 8, 2008, June 10, 2008, August 8, 2008, and December 3, 2008, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated December 12, 2008".
