| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Esther Weitzner for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2009, to stay enforcement of certain ex parte orders pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to "set [a] date for [a] traverse hearing," for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 8, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
