Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to stay her eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 19, 2009, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 8, 2009.
