| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both rendered June 13, 2006, to be provided with a complete set of transcripts and to be provided with an additional copy of the brief filed by his assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is granted, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before July 20, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a complete set of transcripts is denied without prejudice to seeking this relief upon papers establishing that the set of transcripts in the appellant's possession is incomplete; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with an additional copy of the brief filed by his assigned counsel is denied.
