DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to renew his motion for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated June 28, 1993 (People v DeGrijze, 194 AD2d 801), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 15, 1991, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated September 18, 2007 (People v DeGrijze, 43 AD3d 1076). The motion for leave to reargue was determined by decision and order of this court dated September 24, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
