Motion by the appellant Sun-Ming Sheu, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale pending hearing and determination on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 14, 2008, and a judgment of the same court dated March 27, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We note that the appellant Ming Chien Hsu must either appear pro se or by an attorney and the appellant 45-14 158 Street, LLC, must appear by an attorney (see CPLR 321).
