Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2008, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 5, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the applications, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion dated March 5, 2009, is vacated.
