Motion by the appellant to stay an uninsured motorist arbitration proceeding between the parties pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered December 16, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the uninsured motorist arbitration proceeding between the parties is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
