pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the Rules of the

Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the Rules

of the Appellate Division, Second Department.

DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Upon reading and filing the petition of William James Niebel, an attorney of the State of Iowa, verified on the 12th day of May, 2009, and the affidavit and exhibits annexed thereto, it is

ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, William James Niebel is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including November 26, 2010, or upon termination of his employment as an attorney with the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning William James Niebel, and the legal services in which he was engaged in the preceding year.
