| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with a copy of the sentencing minutes to aid in the preparation of a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 4, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Clerk of the court will furnish a copy of the sentencing minutes to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 31, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
