Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jeremy A. Colby dated April 27, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted, the appeals from the orders entered September 23, 2008 and December 8, 2008 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before June 29, 2009 and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
