| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Onebeacon Insurance Group to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 19, 2008, and December 17, 2008, respectively, and to stay the trial in the action entitled Altamura v Onebeacon Insurance Group, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Application by Michele Altamura, as plaintiff-respondent in Appeal No. 1, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial in the action entitled Altamura v Onebeacon Insurance Group is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 19, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-04183), is enlarged until June 12, 2009, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
