| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Robert Toussie and Chandler Property, Inc., joined by Allan Grecco, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 20, 2008, and March 26, 2009, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated March 26, 2009, as directed them to appear for depositions on dates certain, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 20, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
