Separate motions by the respondent Pertti Ripatti and the respondent HVT, Inc., to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 23, 2008, and a judgment of the same court dated August 27, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
