Motion by Ken Caldwell for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated February 11, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 14, 2007, for poor person relief, and for an award of sanctions against a certain attorney and the plaintiff.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
