Motion by the appellant to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's supplemental appendix on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 15, 2008, and February 19, 2008, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated March 25, 2008.
