DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children Karla G. and Walter G. on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 18, 2008, and December 23, 2008, respectively, to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel to represent those children with respect to the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the Rules of this court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]) the appeal by Karla G. and Walter G. shall be perfected in accordance with any scheduling orders issued in connection with the above-entitled appeals or written directives.
