Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2007, inter alia, to allow the appellant Kenneth Heller to argue the appeal on behalf of himself pro se and to stay enforcement of certain orders in an unrelated action holding him in contempt.
