| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, in effect, to strike the last sentence of the second paragraph on page one and the third paragraph on page one of the appellant's reply brief on an appeal from of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 2, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the last sentence of the second paragraph on page one and the third paragraph on page one of the appellant's reply brief are stricken, and the Clerk of the court, or his designee, shall delete that material from the copies of the appellant's reply brief filed with the Clerk of the court.
