Motion by the respondent to strike pages 1287 through 1477 of the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 31, 2008, and to direct the appellant "to correct the [r]ecord" by filing a color copy of the exhibit contained on those pages.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the respondent filing a supplemental record containing a color copy of the subject exhibit, which is contained on pages 1287 through 1477 of the record on appeal, on or before June 19, 2009.
