| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the counsel assigned to represent the respondent in a proceeding before the Family Court, Kings County, to be relieved, for the assignment of new counsel to represent the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the counsel assigned by the Family Court is relieved from representing the respondent on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that said counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED the pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to represent the respondent:
