DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Counsel to be Relieved

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated May 5, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, The Legal Aid Society, Tamara Steckler, Esq., Juvenile Rights Practice, 199 Water Street, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10038, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
