Motion by the appellants to stay a hearing on the issue of "the amount of any costs, sanctions, or attorneys' fees to be awarded to [the respondent]," in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 31, 2008, and an order of the same court entered April 21, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
