| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to continue a stay of certain provisions of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 17, 2009, contained in a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 16, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay contained in the decision and order on motion dated April 16, 2009, is continued on condition that the respondent s visitation with the subject child is conducted in accordance with that order, that is, visitation is supervised by the foster parents.
