Motion by counsel assigned to represent the defendant in the County Court, Dutchess County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of that court, dated December 17, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following attorney is assigned as attorney for the defendant to respond to the appeal from said order; and it is further,
