Green, Francisca v Redeemed Christian Church/God, et al.
It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition. The Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York is directed to release the funds on deposit, plus interest and less any costs, to the respondent-tenant - The Redeemed Christian Church of God Tabernacle of Restoration Inc. This is without prejudice to either party's right to seek any other relief in the appropriate forum.
