| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Iris Miller in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2007, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion dated June 10, 2008, for failure to timely perfect, to confirm the underlying order of the New York State Division of Human Rights dated April 16, 2007, and for an award of an attorney's fee. Application by the petitioner, inter alia, to reinstate the proceeding and enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied.
