| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 12, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated May 12, 2009, is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed and the care and custody of the subject children is continued with the Administration for Children's Services pending hearing and determination of the appeal, or further order of the Family Court, Richmond County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
